These two unique properties offer a remote but luxurious wilderness getaway and can make a perfect end to a busy holiday or stay in Vancouver.  Located a water-taxi ride away from Tofino on the shores of Quait Bay, Vancouver Island, you can choose the Clayoquot Wilderness Resort or the new Wilderness Outpost Camp.  You can even stay at both to really experience the best of this wonderful area. The Clayoquot Wilderness Resort is a 16 room all-inclusive floating resort with restaurant, fitness facilities, waterfall-fed pool and spa. Choose to relax in the sun, swing in a hammock, or try some canoeing or kayaking on the bay, hiking in the forest or mountain biking.  Wildlife sightings are frequent and prolific.  Three meals are included daily as well as non-guided activities, in-room coffee, water-taxis to and from Tofino and parking in Tofino.  Other activities such as whale-watching and horse-riding are available at an additional charge.
The new Wilderness Outpost Camp at the Bedwell River is a 21st century safari-style enclave of ultra-luxurious sleeping and dining tents. Service standards are parallel to those at the floating resort and gourmet food, fine wines and a complete bar are included.  Also included are water-taxi transfers from Tofino, parking in Tofino, horse-riding, river fishing, kayaking and canoeing, sailing, mountain biking and hiking. The clear coastal waters, pristine lakes and fast-flowing rivers surrounding the Clayoquot Wilderness Resorts are an angler’s paradise and guided fly-fishing on the area’s extensive river system is available from both properties.
