Canoeing the Bowron Lakes
from 5 nights
The Bowron mountain lake circuit is rated one of the best in North America and consists of 11 lakes and interconnecting rivers. The awe-inspiring scenery provides a dramatic setting for the novice and experienced canoeist, photographer and naturalist alike. The canoe circuit is 116 km (72 miles) and paddlers can do the route at their own speed. Reservations are essential as only 50 people/25 canoes are allowed on the circuit daily.

Holiday idea
| Day 1 | On arrival in Quesnel you will be collected and transferred to Becker’s Lodge for 1 night in a cabin. The cabins are log houses with a lake view, veranda with picnic table, a wood stove, bathroom with shower, fridge, and unique log bunk beds. Arrange your supplies and collect your canoe from the outfitter. |
| Days 2-8 |
Canoe your way around the Bowron Lake Circuit, camping along the way. |
| Day 9 |
Return to Becker’s Lodge during the day. Return all rental equipment and stay overnight in a lake view cabin. |
| Day 10 |
Transfer to Quesnel for the flight back to UK. |

Price includes two nights' accommodations in cabin with washroom and shower, one lightweight 2-person canoe for up to eight days, one canoe cart, PFDs and paddles.
We can also arrange the hire of the following for eight days (additional charges apply): canoe-kayak carts 16" with foldable or fixed 2" wide wheels - 3 styles; Canoe cart expedition 16" with 4" tyres; tyre repair kit; tent - VauDe Mark III for 2 persons; sleeping bag to +5°C (includes foam pad); cooking set Trangia - includes pots, propane stove (2 flame), Coleman Container (blue) 40 litre (large opening); buckets (white) 20 litre; waterproof bags - SealLine 70 litre Waterproof bags, SealLine 115 litre; heavy duty waterproof bags - 115 litre with heavy duty carrier system; throw bag (rescue line); axe; foam pad.
