Arctic Nature Tour - The world's biggest population of wild musk oxen is within close range of Kangerlussuaq. Travel by minibus to an area where there will be possibilities to see musk oxen and reindeer. Sightings of the animals are not guaranteed however the viewing rate is generally high. Dog Sled Experience - On a two hour tour you will - together with your Greenland driver and his pack of Greenland huskies - have the unique experience of travelling like the Inuits have been doing for centuries. Minimum 2 persons per sledge. Rent of fur clothes and boots are included in the price. Only operated when there is snow - expected from early January to late March. Duration: 2 hours (approx.). Northern Light Evening Tour - Kangerlussuaq is one of the best locations in the world to experience aurora borealis. Travel by car to a cosy cabin at Lake Ferguson where the guide tells the Greenland Sagas and serve refreshments while you hope to experience the fantastic northern lights.
