The attractions are unique; from the vastness of biodiversity in the Amazonian rainforests to the north and Pantanal Wetlands to the west, the natural wonder of the Iguaçu Falls in the south, to the cultural richness of cities such as Rio de Janeiro and Salvador da Bahia.


Day by Day Itinerary


Day 1 | Arrive Rio de Janeiro

Upon landing, you will be met at the aircraft for a VIP arrival experience, featuring electric car transit through the terminal, preferential immigration access, and full luggage assistance. Your private transfer to the Emiliano Hotel offers a scenic introduction to the city, with panoramic views of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and the iconic coastlines of Ipanema and Leblon.


After settling in, the afternoon is for you to relax or enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant. Guests will enjoy exclusive amenities, including a 24-hour butler to manage your unpacking, a complimentary 15-minute mas-sage at Spa Santapele, and signature Emiliano Havaianas.

Day 2 | Private tour "A Day in Rio"

The morning begins with an exploration of downtown, featuring the Metropolitan Cathedral and a panoramic view of the Sambadrome, followed by an ascent of Sugarloaf Mountain for breath-taking city views. Enjoy a traditional Brazilian lunch at Churrascaria Assador, a premier local steakhouse with a full selection of meats, sides, and desserts. (Lunch not included).


In the afternoon, journey to the summit of Corcovado via the historic cog train to stand at the feet of Christ the Redeemer. The day concludes with a dinner at Escama, a celebrated restaurant specializing in fresh local seafood. (Drinks not included).

Day 3 | Rio / Salvador da Bahia

Following breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Galeão International Airport for your flight to Salvador. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to the Fasano Salvador, a hotel know for its elegance and heritage. In the afternoon, explore the city’s roots with a guided tour of the Historical Centre and the Mercado Modelo, a hub of local craftsmanship and Bahian culture.


The evening features an immersive dinner and a traditional cultural show. This performance brings to life the stories and traditions of Salvador’s spiritual heritage. Following this experience, you will return to the comfort of your hotel for the evening.

Day 4 | Salvador da Bahia

After breakfast, guests will embark on a comprehensive tour of Salvador’s most iconic coastal and cultural sites. Beginning at Lagoa do Abaeté in the traditional Itapoã neighbourhood, followed by a visit to Dique do Tororó, where the striking statues of Orixás grace the water. Guests will continue to the historic Barra Light-house and the sacred Bonfim Church.


The journey finishes at Ponta do Humaitá, offering one of the most spectacular panoramic views over the All Saints Bay. Throughout the day, there will be a break to enjoy lunch at your leisure. After a full day of immersion in Bahian heritage and scenery, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 5 | Salvador / Pantanal Wetlands   

Following breakfast, guests will be transferred to Salvador International Airport for the flight to Campo Grande. Upon arrival, a private vehicle will escort you to the Caiman Ecological Refuge, a premier destination for wildlife and conservation.


The drive to the lodge takes approximately four hours, winding through the landscapes of the Pantanal. Given the travel time, your arrival is typically scheduled for the late evening. Once at the refuge, check-in and settle into your room for a restful night’s sleep.

Day 6-7 | Pantanal Wetlands

Enjoys day 6 & 7 at your leisure, sampling the different activities available to your guests.

Day 8 | Pantanal Wetlands / Foz do Iguacu (Iguassu Falls)

After check-out, guests will be transferred to Campo Grande Airport for your flight to Foz do Iguaçu. Upon arrival, a private transfer will escort guests to the Wish Foz do Iguaçu.


The evening features an optional visit to the renowned Rafain Steakhouse. This dining experience pairs a traditional South American barbecue with a cultural show, showcasing the music and dance of eight different Latin American countries. It is a lively introduction to the rich heritage of this unique tri-border region.

Day 9 |  Foz do Iguacu (Iguassu Falls)

Guests’ day begins with a visit to the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls and offers a breath-taking panoramic perspective of the world’s largest waterfall. The journey continues with a city tour featuring the serene Chen Tien Buddhist Temple, home to over 100 statues and stunning gardens.


The morning concludes at the Three Borders Landmark, a unique point where the boundaries of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay meet at the confluence of the Iguazú and Paraná rivers. For lunch, guests will visit a traditional local steakhouse to enjoy regional cuts before returning to the hotel for a relaxing afternoon. Lunch not included.

Day 10 | Foz do Iguacu (Iguassu Falls) / Rio de Janeiro

Following breakfast, guests will be transferred to the airport for the flight back to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, guests will return to the Emiliano Hotel.


Spend the afternoon at the Olympic Boulevard, a hub of modern architecture and street art. The visit includes the futuristic Museum of Tomorrow, dedicated to science and sustainability, and AquaRio, the largest marine aquarium in South America. There will be a pause during the tour to enjoy lunch at your leisure before re-turning to the hotel. Lunch not included.

Day 11 |  Rio de Janeiro - End of Tour

Depending on guest’s flight schedule, spend a morning of leisure or select an optional tour to experience one last glimpse of Rio. Whether relaxing by the rooftop pool or explore a local neighbourhood, the day is for guests to enjoy at their own pace.


The journey home includes a VIP Departure service. Assisted with check-in and luggage handling, followed by preferential access through security and immigration. When it is time to depart, guests benefit from priority boarding to ensure your return journey begins as smoothly as your arrival.
